How Do I Amend My Pcs Travel Voucher? I Did My Initial Pcs Travel Voucher But Did It Wrong And Owe Cash.?
I just did my first PCS and turned in my final travel voucher. I submitted 30 vouchers while I was on TDY and got my payments. When I got my settlement statement it was less than I thought (in fact I owed a bit). When I did the final voucher here I was told my previous settlements had been counted and I was just going to get paid my DLA and travel per diem thus I did not include any claims (all my previous mileages were turned in on my 30 day vouchers). Now I am told that since I claimed nothing on this final voucher all of my previous settlements were counted as advances and deducted from the amount owed me on the pcs voucher. How do I straighten this out and get paid my DLA and travel days (TDY location to PCS olcation) per diems. I am not trying to scam the system with fake laundry claims or anything. I only claimed my TDY monies owed (mileage and per diem) and only want my DLA and travel per diems. Please help. If you need more details just ask. THANKS!!

The only thing that I can think of that you could do is to go back to your personnel officer (wherever you turn in your travel claim – those that sit high in their admin building) and re-submit your claim with the corrections on it.
They will most likely have a lot of questions, as they distrust us in the first place.
